Tempura

Here is our recipe for home-made Tempura, that can be used for any deep fried meats or sea food.

Ingredients:

1/2c Flour

3/4c Rice Flour

1/2tsp Baking Powder

1/2tsp Salt

1c Pineapple Juice(reserved from chunks)

1/4c water

 

Directions:

In a large bowl:

– Mix all ingredients together.
